بلدية جباليا النزلة تطلق نداء استغاثة عاجل لدعم وتشغيل مضخة حوض الصفطاوي لتفادي كارثة شتوية، من خلال منع خطر حقيقي كالطفح والغرق ولربما الموت، خصوصًا مع تدمر البيوت واهتراء خيام النازحين تزامنًا مع إقبال فصل الشتاء.
